Welcome to GhostAPI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, platform, and APIs related to cryptocurrency arbitrage. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use GhostAPI.
1. Definitions
GhostAPI: A digital platform providing data, tools, and automation for cryptocurrency arbitrage between exchanges.
User: Any individual or legal entity who creates an account and uses the GhostAPI services.
Arbitrage: A trading strategy that seeks to profit from price differences of the same asset across different exchanges.
2. Eligibility
You may only use GhostAPI if:
You are 18 years of age or older;
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
You are not located in a sanctioned country or under prohibited jurisdictions (e.g., Iran, North Korea);
You are not listed on any sanctions lists, such as those maintained by OFAC, the UN, or the EU.
3. License of Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use GhostAPI in accordance with these Terms.
4. GhostAPI Services
Our services include:
Real-time collection and display of cryptocurrency pricing data;
Identification of arbitrage opportunities;
Automation tools for order execution (where permitted);
Technical API documentation and support.
GhostAPI does not execute trades on your behalf. All trading activity is conducted by the user via their connected exchange accounts.
5. Risks
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile.
Arbitrage opportunities do not guarantee profits and may result in financial losses.
GhostAPI does not guarantee data accuracy, due to latency, network issues, or third-party API limitations.
You acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Keep your API keys and login credentials secure and confidential;
Not use GhostAPI for any unlawful purposes;
Comply with applicable laws, including compliance, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations;
Ensure that all information you provide is truthful and up to date.
7. Regulation and Compliance
GhostAPI operates in accordance with:
Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
U.S. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the USA PATRIOT Act, where applicable;
International AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing) standards;
Regulatory frameworks for transaction monitoring and client identity verification, as required.
GhostAPI may request additional identity verification, especially for premium plans or integrations involving regulated third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall GhostAPI be held liable for:
Any financial losses, direct or indirect;
Service interruptions;
Errors resulting from third-party APIs (such as exchanges);
Any misuse of the platform by users or third parties.
GhostAPI is provided "as-is", without guarantees of profit, accuracy, or results.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
You breach these Terms;
There is suspicion of illegal activity;
Technical, legal, or security reasons justify it.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, trademarks, logos, and documentation are the exclusive property of GhostAPI or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission;
Reverse engineer or decompile any portion of GhostAPI.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GhostAPI is registered. In case of any disputes, the parties agree to submit to the courts of that jurisdiction, waiving any other applicable forum.
